In China, Dr. Liu practiced both eastern and western medicine at Qing Dao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the U.S., Dr. Liu completed her Ph.D in Oriental Medicine, as well as her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Liu has been practicing acupuncture and oriental medicine since 1984. She is present at our location twice a month, and is able to see if treatment other than acupuncture may be able to help you. Dr. Sun may: Treat muscular-skeletal issues, arthritis, tendinitis, radiculopathy. Prescribe medicine or physical therapy. Provide joint injections, trigger point injections, or EMG testing (most commonly used to diagnose carpal tunnel syndrome, lumbar radiculopathy, and peripheral neuropathy). If interested, existing patients may discuss scheduling a consultation with Dr. Sun at a regular appointment with Dr. Liu.
